Does anyone have any experience with this motor? It will be used in a brand new Kyosho Mini Inferno buggy with a Mamba 25 esc.

They are awesome motors. I have the 3000 one in my Mini LST and it is smooth and strong. I have the 5000 as well, but have not put it in yet. Great motors and cheap too.

Been running a 5000 with a mamba25 for nearly 2 yrs in my Mini-Quake SE. It gets a little warm when ambient is 95, but some cooling holes in the body dropped temps to reasonable levels. Stupid fast on 3S!

Would you guys recommend one of the Hyperion motors over a Mamba Max motor if they are both using the Mamba 25 controller in a Micro RS4? Also, would the 8000Kv Mamba motor just be insanely over powered for that car?

The 8000 motor gets really hot compared to the Hyperion motors.
