Does any one have a review or opinion on the Venom Night Ranger? I am seriously considering picking up the NR or the Micro NR. both are CP machines and look very capable.... All opinions are welcome.
Thanks

I went for an Eflite CP because replacement parts are far less expensive and more readily available. Compare some prices for similar parts- tail motors, blades, main motors, etc. Basically the NR, BCP/CPP, and Esky CP2 are all very similar micro helis. Parts availability and pricing will tell you all you need to know.
If this is your first heli - do NOT fall for the carbon fiber or plasti-blade trap. The balsa blades are expensive, yes, but CF or plasti blades will chop your boom right off in a crash, or worse yet, leave you in stitches.

Ah yes, the hunt for replacement parts. That I have not looked at... Luckily today is my day off, so I can check it out at an easy pace. The E-Flite CP does look sharp, and I will read more info on every one you mentioned. Thanks for pointing that out Bill, I had not thought about parts though. I remember when the TC3 came out....and you were giving sound advice on it. What RC hobby haven't you dabbled in, if any?:)
