Yeah, my baby is up for sale. It's been a while since I've posted and some of you probably thought I dropped off the planet, well I kinda did :) I'm currently deployed to the middle east in support of Iraq Freedom and have been here for quite some time! I've finaly come to grips with the fact that I'm just never going to have the time to finish this. I'm prepared to make someone a killer deal. I have probably between $1500 and $2000 invested in this car. I'm selling it only as a package deal for the unbeatable price of $500. The batteries alone cost more than that! The only thing you will not get is my transmitter and charger. I have a ton of high end parts that I purchased to experiment with and it all goes with it. The car is accually more complete than the last photo that wast taken. If you are interested and would like more info, let me know and I will give you a rundown of all that I have. You can visit my Guinness car pics thread to see it. It's going to be probably Jan or early Feb until I return to England but I wanted to advertise before Christmas just in case someone has some extra holiday money they want to spend. I will also seriously consider trades for other R/C stuff. I don't want any 1/10 racer stuff but would be interested in 1/8 off-road, monster trucks, 1/4 scale and anything unique.

Sorry to hear your getting out of the speed event. You say you will be returning to England? Do you live in the UK?
We are having a speed challange event on 16th March at Long Marston Drag Strip if you still have the car you should enter it. Where is the car now in the UK?
I might take it off your handss just to finish it up and then sell it to anybody who wants to enter the comp.

Well, it was fun while it lasted. I really enjoyed building the car. It was a real challenge putting it together and I'm glad it's new owner will use it for it's intended purpose. Watch out for this car, it's going to be a fast one!

Just got back and looking at the car. WOW there is loads of stuff here. What a bargain!
Anyway I'm putting the batteries in so it gives me 14.8 volts for the 3600MV motor and see how she runs like that. I'll only use 2 14.8 packs and drop the other cells as the HV85 only manages to handle 85 amps. I should get a decent speed from that setup
Cheers
