Non wheel driven cars

For the UK event of the speed challenge I have made a class for non wheel driven cars as a small number of guys wanted to build them. A couple of guys are looking at putting jet turbines in the car, another is looking at a ducted fan motor and another bunch of guys are going to use a pulse engine. The speed record will be seperate from the wheel driven record

What about you guys in the USA? Will you run a non wheel driven class? I think it adds to the WOW factor if nothing else!

95% peroxide rockets for thurst, very low heat compared to other fuels, instant thrust. Could be vented into a turbine eninge with some modifications, it is like NO2 but better.
