Most racers have used that linkage for a long time. It works really good and its easy to adjust. Sportworks is the same thing so which ever one you get cheaper buy it.

j/k Yes this setup is pretty standard among 1/8 buggies for it's ease of adjustment. Nothing special but it does look slick.
