Well I Know Everybody Has Crashed There Boat At One Point In Time....so I Was One Of The Lucky Ones That Crashed My Boat. I Have Never Fixed Anything Like This Before, So If Anybody Has Any Input Can You Please Let Me Know. My Boat Is A 31 Thundercat By Proboat.....

How badly did you crash it? A bit of cracked fibreglas is one thing, relatively easy to fix, but a half-demolished boat is quite another. How badly did you hurt it, in other words. Information will lead to good help.

well the front of the hull is cracked. its cracked where they pieced the top and bottom together... dont know if i have to buy another hull or if i can fix it?

Ouch. I'll bet you don't have access to the crack from inside the hull either, or at least not easy access.
The best way to fix it, IF you can get at it from inside, is to use fibreglas resin and matte to re-inforce the hull from the inside at the point where it's cracked. That'll make it strong and not apt to break there again under normal stresses.
If you can't get at it from inside, then do as decent a "field repair" as you can using fibreglas resin and clamping it together from the outside. Some of these field repairs hold for a surprisingly long time, sometimes so long you grow tired of the boat and replace it for other reasons before it breaks again.
In either case, drill a small hole at either end of the crack and then fill it. That stops the crack from spreading.
