I just replaced the lower blade head with the aluminum one, and I noticed that all the imputs have been magnified at least 3x, so it's taking a litlle bit of time to get used, but what is really bugging me, is that no matter what I do (trim wise) the heli is spinning to the right, I can't get it to sit still as soon as I give it throttle, there she goes spinning, any ideas???

Is there a matching upgrade for the top head?
If the pitch is even slightly different between the stock piece and the upgraded piece you put on, it will change the amount of torque that the lower blades are creating. Without a matching change in the amount of torque that the top blades create, you end up with spin.

Great! Help others out and post what was wrong, and what you did to fix it.

Basically I followed all the tips on a different thread http://forums.radiocontrolzone.com/showthread.php?t=213115 and yesterday I was able to hover for a complete battery pack, not perfectly still, but confined in a 3ft area.....
