Looks good. Have you run it yet? I've been looking at this little thing for a little bit now, and so far from what I've read it's not a bad little vehicle at all.

Its a BAD A$$ ride right outta the box , very quick and handles like a TC .
I have only ran it outside in the street a few times (its wet and snowy here right now) but I would say its running in the 40mph range on the stock gearing which is a 13/60 , I could go as high as 17/60 .
It does have some bad points though , the plastic seems a little brittle , I cracked a c hub and shatterd an a arm . Before I put the new parts on I boiled them for 25 minutes , that softend them up a little and I havent broke since . That and none of the metal to metal parts were blue locktited .
Besides that its a deal for 209 IMO .....

Cool. What size is the motor? 280? I may want the Novak mongoose in it instead.

Yeah its a 280 but its a long can , about a cm longer than a Mamba motor , PLENTY of torque and will pull wheelies no problem .

BashemSmashem

Put on a full sized metal geared servo(Futaba S3305) , holds a nice tight line even under full throttle ...

The paint scheme is similar to that of the original Emaxx, but anyways.
BashemSmashem- What pinion gears will work with the NOW? I know it comes with a 15 tooth (I just ordered one today.....birthday present from me to me). What other pinions are out there that'll fit the shaft and are the correct gear pitch?

Hmm , the now comes with a 13T stock , there is a 15T and a 17T available . I belive its the same pitch as an AE RC18 and the motor has a 2.3mm shaft I think .

Tower says it comes with a 15 tooth....hmm. So the gears are 48 pitch then? Thanks for the info! I also read that this thing is compatible with Mini-inferno parts (same basic design when it comes to the arms and gearboxes, along with the IRC photon apparently?).
I would like to find some onroad tires for this little guy too.

I have tried the Inferno a arms , they fit the chassis but the ST arms are too long and the Buggy arms are too short .

So Electric Thunder, if you ever feel you have an over-abundance of brushless minis, just let me know and I will gladly take one off your hands. :)
This looks like a sharp little truck. I'm like the brushless-equipped minis that are coming out.

If I ever decide to sell one, I'll let you know.;) The only reason I could afford this thing is because my birthday is this coming Tuesday, and I got lucky with the birthday/christmas money that I have received so far (plus I'll be working my tail off this summer to save up for TONS of gas money for sophmore year since I'm only planning on one or two classes over the summer at a community college at home [paper work to get that crap approved for the "big bad university" will be tons of fun...]).
I should work on those run-on sentences too..... :D

Eh, you're an engineering major. Actually, as you probably know writing is important for engineers too. ;)
Hehe, who am I kidding. I don't have the time OR the money for another brushless truck right now! One is enough.
