Nice work! I assume you use a dremel sanding bit to help smooth the trimming? If so, what speeds are you using?

Actually this body comes pre-trimmed to my surprise.
normally on most of bodies i don't use a dremel. I just score the body then bend and tear. Very easy and real clean.

Dremeling bodies are for amateur painters.
...wait.........
:D I usually score and bend, and then use sandpaper to soften the edges.

But scoring isn't noisy or dirty enough.
I cut then dremel, Im not an amateur I just prefer it
..first step avoid trimming if I can

Hes joking around with me because hes my brother....we use the same dremel and both use it on bodies occasionally.
