Okay, heres my deal. I'm wondering if you can upgrade the 27 mhz system in the hobbyzone supercub to a 72 mhz or 2.4 ghz system. How would one go about removing the reciever, and if the reciever and ESC are one huge, heavy black box, how many amps would the esc have to be? Also, since sub-micro servos are smaller than the parkzone ones, how would I get them up to the right height for the cub?

Hi, well, the short answer is yes, there's no reason you could not replace the RX with a 72mHz or 2.4GHz unit. You would have to look inside to see what the electronics look like. Chances are the servos are seperate as is the ESC. if so, check the type of connectors so you can get the proper replacement RX.
