I don't see any reason to try them. Spaz Stix has already mastered the RC lexan automotive paints. Reformulating the Chrome and candy colors over the years making them the better and better, to make the perfect line of RC lexan paints we see today.

Win any paint comp on this website and try Spaz Stix for free! What could be better than that?

I would use the Spaz Stix, but none of the LHS carry them and so I would have to special order them. Now the LHS that I go to on a regular basis is carring the Kustom Kolors.

Ad makes good points....both Spaz and KK are pretty smelly for indoor use, so why not use the ones that perform best.

I have been very impressed by SS paints.

Now if ya can't get Spaz locally, online might be the way to go, but freight on some paints can be expensive.

At least you have a LHS. I have none, well one and it's run by a grummpy old man who does not know what a Jato is, and told me the Tamiya Hornet was discontinued back in the 80's! (Treated me like I was crazy) Sells everything at list price. I have to order everything on line. Why not special order the SS paints? IMO it's worth it!

Hi dragon,
I personally prefer HOK over Spaz, however both make a great product. HOK has a much larger selection of Concourse type (real to life paint colors). You can also purchase slow, med or fast mediums which determine the drying time and enviromental conditions. Here in Arizona I sometimes paint out side and in our heat with zero humidity the Spaz will dry before it hits the plastic!! Spaz Mirror Chrome is the best on the market so I use both brands. Attached is a Blazer with a Bronze color that isn't available in Spaz.
