Indy Slots (www.indyslots.com) has indoor and outdoor electric racing. Located in south-eastern Indianapolis on Emerson Avenue just outside I-465.

On-road, off-road and oval racing on an indoor carpet track, multiple classes on various days, all run year-round.

Off-road dirt tracks available outside. High-banked dirt oval and off-road dirt tracks available.

Full hobby shop is on-site and well-stocked, several eating places nearby.

Great facility, great racers, check the schedule and come race!

DO they run nitro?

Joe,

Currently, no.

They have in the past, but a small misunderstanding with a neighbor has halted the nitro action. Hopefully that will change before spring arrives!

I race here and it is a great place, with a good owner who listens to the drivers.

If three or more drivers with the same type of car show up he will create a class for you.

The track is set up for oval on Thursday, Sunday, and practice on Tuesday. Road course set up on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday afternoons. Friday night is a road course with jumps.

My ONLY complain is that the shop doesn't open before 5pm Tuesday through Friday and is completely closed monday.

C'mon out and race!

Oh, and if you do race at Indy Slots already, I am the guy with the Michigan State Losi min-Slider that gets made fun of every time I bring it. :D
