T-Maxx tranny doesnt shift

people dont reply on the offical tmaxx thread so i'm posting here

my tmaxx doesnt shift into 2nd gear.. what gives? it shifted like 4 times then stopped shifting. halp???

what version t-maxx .15 2.5 3.3 ? is it new ? you will have to adjust the second gear shift point there is a little rubber plug on the trans to do it look in the manual it will help on how to do it , also did you change any gears this will effect it

Make sure your slipper clutch is not loose. Tighten if necessary.

my maxx is a .15 but it has a 2.5 tranny. i've adjusted the shift point and it will shift fine the first 10 mins of running but after that no more 2nd. also, is the 2.5 tranny the same as the 1st gen Pro .15 model?

edit: the tranny was in my friends 2.5 maxx that was sitting for over 2 years and is finally put back into use, the TRX 2.5 was siezed but we brought it back to life!!

Transmission is the same other than like 2 minor differences that don't really matter.

Is your slipper tight?
