In Regards to Twisted Liguid Racing

I ordered a Miss Vegas back on Sep,11,2007 from James at Twisted Liquid Racing----was told many lies about the shipping of it, and I actually own a CNC machine shop and did some work for James. Never got paid for it--never got the boat---and he still won't refund my money after 5 months or so--so whatever you do ---don't order stuff from him. (he will burn you). he owes me 524.99 and i haven't never been able to get it back from him. He is a lier and bad business man. I have contacted my lawyer on this matter and the Better Business Bureau--also turned him into the ic.gov. complaint center. Please don't order anything from this man---I am going after this company legally. There is good people out there in this business that will treat you right--he is not one of them..

Did you pay with a credit card? If so, dispute the charge. Even if you paid thru Pay-Pal with a credit card, dispute it. Pay-Pal is more than likely not going to help you.

How so? You have up to 45 days to make a claim. Outside that window & yeah... then they won't.

Just trying to help educate a fellow Rc'r. :) Also in regards to the first post, I hope you get whats due. Sucks to be ripped off.

Ordered an item & never received it. Gave the benefit of the doubt & waited almost two months. Finally called them & that is when they informed me about their 45 day policy. As long as you open a case before then, you have a chance to resolve it.

Again, I wish the best for getting the funds recovered. Its a shame.

Thanks guys----but yes and James knows about the 45 days that is why he kept putting me off---but anyway yes i paid with a debit card....and that is why. With that in mind u only have 60 days. I waited 65 days ---too late...

Maybe you should get together with the others in the thread 4 down from this one and file a class-action suit or all go to the state Attorney General's office for his state and file charges there. Seeing how he has stuck it to others outside his state it's in federal hands.

I've seen so many people threatening to take action against him but haven't seen one person yet following through.
The BBB is a joke, there is one place in California that is putting the screws to R/Cer's and has gotten a FFF rating. All they do is change the name of the business every few months.
