So do you guys think a big block is to much for the mgt mini??? well i did it anyway. i put in a lrp .28 just because i had it on hand. ill post pics in a little while

lol... That will be hilarious.
I want to see pictures of the engine mount(s)... lol.
Drive it and report back! I want to know how long the driveshafts last. :D

ok i just used a full size mgt 4.6 mount and it is insanely fast the driveshfts have broke a few times but hey what can you exspect lol its so fast tho ill post pics in a few days

I wouldnt be so amazed lmao I mean the mini mgt is the size of a t-maxx. BTW new era I believe has the big block kit. Someone sells it though.

I used the New Era kit to put an older Picco .26 Outlaw ( Big Block ) in the mini mgt. After upping the gear ratio to 15/19 and using a 7mm restrictor, it is just about perfect. I have been pretty careful about rolling on the gas so as to save the drive train, but so far so good. No failures.
Wheelies anytime in 1st gear, and a modest wheelie when shifting into 2nd at about 2/3 throttle. Anytime the truck is in 2nd gear and the engine is not wound out, a quick pull on the trigger and the truck wheelies.
Actually, with just a little care, the truck can be driven around under control.
So far the BB engine is really neat.
