tooth pick .. old airbrush needles.. just gotta be easy using the xacto..thats all i use and you never really see the marks when it's painted
BUt if it's a pain to pull off you might have went to light with the mask

yup, my thoughts too. Lay a couple extra coats of mask, and use toothpicks

Round wooden tooth pick is my tool of choice. I whittle the end to be a little flatter and wider to make it less prone to puncturing the LMF I am peeling.
THANKS!!!! this is way better then the x-acto blade and tweezers.

dude, the thicker you put on the liquid mask, the easier it will be to take off. make sure you gobb it on as thick as possible. thin areas are a pain

too thick is
1. a waste
2. a pain to cut smoothly
3. a waste
with a bristle paint brush and minimum amount to cover the body, I do 5 light coats and it's perfect coverage. It dries quickly and smooth.

dont glob it on so thick that its waistful, but it says right on the bottle to apply several coats. i usually do about 2-3 coats. and with a sharp blade, it doesnt effect cutting at all.
i put 4 coats on it. but the thing is that i put the thick coats inside of my drawn outline. the problem happened, is when i'm trying to lift and peel what's outside of the sharpie outline (which is thin).
but the toothpick did the job.
another question, if i wash the body again will it mess up the liquid mask?
when i tried an eraser to remove the unwanted mask, it left stains on it.

Use a Q-Tip dipped in paint thinner to remove the smudge from the eraser. The liquid mask is water soluble, so water will clean that up if that is what the stain is.
I spray on my liquid mask. I bought a mini-airgun for $15 from the hardware store. You just have to thin the LM with water, and clean the airgun REALLY well when you are done. Much quicker and drying time is only about 1/2 hour.

I do three ultrathin coats and then two thick ones which seems to work well
