Running two different size batteries?

Can I run two different size batteries on my new 3905 E-Maxx? I was thinking one side a 2 cell 8000HV Lipo and the other side a 2 cell 12000Hv LiPo. If I could do this should I put the low voltage cutoff on the side with the 8000HV battery? Would I get any more run time then with two 8000HV batteries?

You could run the truck this way...but I really, really wouldn't because you'd most likely end up over discharging the 8000.
