I just ordered the Pro-Line Black High Downforce Performance 1/8 Wing Kit...

... I mainly ordered it for looks. But are they really functional on a 10lbs+ Monster Truck with 4WD?
Would it really create more downforce on the rear? So if anything, it'll be worse for handling?

yea they create more downforce, but it will be better for handling unless it starts to create drag then everything handling and top speed and acceleration will be a lot worse.

the biggest difference that it will make is the looks nothing else will change much since its on such a heavy truck

I used to have a nose down issue while racing with my truck. Then i added a wing and now my issues it's over.

A lot of people will say it makes no difference, some will say it doesn't help, some will say it does. The only people who are wrong are those who say it makes no difference. From there out it's a matter of tuning - some people need the wing on a certain setup, others don't, some times it helps, sometimes it makes things worse. The only way to know which it does for you is try it and see.
