Castle Creations Mamba Monster. Check out the built-in fan. This thing is tough looking and a natural in big monster, truggy or 1/8-scale buggy.

Something pretty trick from Axial here. Orange has replaced the green and it's pretty hooked up with hopups.

I believe RC4WD is offering it as a kit, it uses Rustler suspension and gearbox

Those RC4WD rigs were on display in our booth (TGN). RC4WD plans to offer these in kit form pretty soon. We hope to get more information and post it on our site soon.

Glad you guys like.

with the lipo... pretty much what you gear it. I have an xxxt with a 7700 and a 5000 2s lipo and it wheelies at about whatever speed you want to. With NiMh batteries it was OK but they fall off quick. We radared mine at 48mph right before I lost control and hit one of those push in the ground house for sale signs. It looked like a yard sale.. broken stuff everywhere, it broke the truck in half and the battery was about 75 feet away. One thing I did find was that you would figure gearing it down (small pinion) would make it more violent and lift the front more. Not really so.. These motors are so strong that it will pull about any gear no problem. Higher the gear the more wheelies etc. Problem you get into with big gears is heat so watch it. I ran a 17/86 then switched to a 16/86 and it was less violent. Still crazy, but more driveable. I wish I did LiPo along time ago you will not believe it. You can get a good deal on a charger on e-bay. Don't skimp on the battery. Get at least a 5000 at least 15c. The bigger the battery the more the power. Check out Max amps site and check the specs. 7700's draw alot of power. Thier 8000 battery is pretty nice. There is a guy from Canada selling Yuntong(sp?) 5000 20c batteries for around $70 shipped that look pretty good as well. I was running 4200 7 cells before and its way better with lipo

The other thing... I bought a Novak brushless motor heatsink for the motor. Dropped the temp a little bit. Does not fit great, had to make a cut in the back and lose the stock bumper. Its the one that is narrow and looks like a "V" the others will not fit between the motor and the tranny. I run a BRP (I think) basher bumper. I also put a fan on my ESC which helped. Back to topic... I'm in love with that two seater buggy
