Sneak Peek at Castle Creation new prototype 1/8-scale brushless conversion. The molded battery trays are very cool and will be black in the final version with a cool snake shaped battery retainer bar.

Castle Creations Mamba Monster. Check out the built-in fan. This thing is tough looking and a natural in big monster, truggy or 1/8-scale buggy.

Now it's only a matter of time before 1/8th Electric gets its own racing class. Cant wait! Seems like R/C in general is "going green" I'm all for it.

Install batteries of your choice and pull trigger. No noise, needles to tune, goo, fouled glow plugs, burned clutch shoes or the need to beg someone to pit for you on race day.

This product will definately help get 1/8 Electric going.

Its a sad comment on the RC industry when a product of this importance gets just a few hundred views and single post while other threads for severely flawed prodcuts get thousands of views and hundreds posts.

Great job Castle!

Where are these "severely flawed" products you speak of?

Anyways this is pretty sweet. Although since I have no nitro vehicles I'd have to get a roller to put this (or the Novak one) in. At that point an E-Revo is appealing.

i rEALLY hope your not talking about a rcproduct design kit over on the rctech thread.
his conversions are so factory looking and are direct bolt in no modifications needed.

there have been years of research gone into his conversion kits. so he can provide the best handling. most durable kit out.

you wanna talk flawed look at novaks kits.

I think he's probably talking about the E-Revo, duratrax crawler, and other crap on this forum.
Chill out Chewie. Your panties are in a bunch.

it's cool that they have this; maybe just maybe i'll race indoor off road. LOL Still not likely: I like the smell of nitro, noise of nitro, goo of nitro, working on engines, fixing clutches, and destroying piston and sleeves.

well siaid resp!!.. electric lacks the motocross feel I get with buggy and truggy!!!

Maybe if I put a card in my spokes!! : ) nah I leave that to kids and bikes...

But CC's got a great product here!! long awaited.. and clean.. I may have just found my winter car!!

I hate to be negative so I intentionally left out the names of the products I was referring too.

I've been reading the Castle website and almost pre-ordered one, but I'm a little confused. They have 2-3 motor options and 2 optional gears depending on the application.

I'm not sure what all was included, but the total was under $250!
