Latest from Trinity (http://www.teamtrinity.com).

No official PR yet, but Trinity says this new engine built specifically for truggy racing is a .24 with a very "square" design (which means the bore and stroke dimensions are very similar). The displacement was chosen for the optimum blend of torque and speed rather than a "bigger is always better" philosophy, according to Trinity. Gotta respect that. More info to come on this one.

this is interesting; I like the feel of the .26 over a .28 in my BB MT.

Looks good, Trinity website is teamtrinity.com not trinity.com

Dang, I knew that! Fixed, thanks for the heads-up --Pete

Makes sense to me too. Used to be, in the "old days". Ford had the long stroke and could out torque motors out of the corners, but Chevy had a short stroke and could out rev them on the straights. A square stroke is a best of both worlds approach and getting power and revs.
