Not receiving e-mail notification

I am not receiving any notifications when people post to threads I start or threads into which I have posted. I checked my profile and it is set to instant notification.

Please check this problem.

I think you also need to check the notification status on the thread itself. Before you hit "submit" scroll down and set your notification preferences.
