:)Right now i have a Aero Ace, a crappy Estes sky ranger, and a Megatech Nightflyer. The Estes broke of first flight. My little bro broke the Megatech before even flying, so i like my Aero Ace the best. I have a question though. What should i move on too, any recommendations??? I have $500 at my disposal so fire away, and i want to be able to learn without an instructer. Thanks!

just buy a simulator, it is realistic, and when you crash you arn't throwing 500$ down the drain.

You made the right choice. The HobbyZone SuperCub is without doubt the best beginner plane. Before you fly, visit the Beginner sections at the forums in Wattflyer, RCGroups and RCUniverse and read all of the recommendations for beginner flyers. Then go out and have a great time. Most important thing is to fly when there is NO WIND. Best times are usually early in the morning, right after sun-up, and late in the day, just before sun-down.

Frank,
I have got my supercub and i got the drop module thing :P. I have flown it more than 10 times :p! I have only crashed twice and it wasnt serious, so i am really enjoying it. I try to fly when ever i can. Yet i have recently due to the fact i am on vacation in South Africa.

That's great news. Be sure to post some pics when you get back.
We have a "Show Us Your Planes" thread here in RC Zone now so feel free to post and show some pics.
