I am using for my OS 40 10% nitro glow fuel but have just purchased a SC 46 glow engine. Will this engine also run on the 10% nitro? Or do I need to get 15% glow fuel?

It'll run on 10%, but better on 15% so I've been told. I'm just getting into glow (primarily and e-flight guy) but I asked the same question and got that answer.
