I don't have to worry. I have the Detectives name..case number..and I told him if it came to trial I would fly down and testify. He has all the documentation that I sent to the Attorney General last year. I appreciate you trying to look out for me but I had my own business for 40 years and I know about slander and mis-statements. I started this last year because of all of the forum negitive feed back and the $1200.00 that I sent for merchandise and never received. Remember the new boat he was suppose to have last year. I paid for [3] DIDN"T RECEIVE. Don't you think I would have heard something from TL by now if it wasn't true. I guess my question is who are you. I am not sure why I have to prove anything to you. If you can prove you run this site I will be glad to furnish the Detectives name and case number. If you run this site and would allow me to post the detectives name and the case number I would sure like to do so, then all the people that where ripped off can post their complaints.
So many people in every forum have ask why doesn't some one do something about TL. I did.

It would help if you could provide a website we could go to to see the details. I tried a Google search and the only thing I turned up against Twisted Liquid was a handful of posts in forums like this one. That might make me hesitate before doing business with them, but it doesn't constitute "proof" of wrongdoing and might be "sour grapes". A link to official information is a big help in things like this.

I speak from some past experience. Once I followed an MLM program that drove itself into the ground. The Florida AG shut it down and took over the website, providing official information there about the procedings against the company. Since then I've learned a few tricks about scambusting, one of which is to use certain qualifying words when searching through the Internet for information about a particular company. "Scam", "Investigation" and a few other words like that, after a company name, can sometimes turn up things you need to know. Strangely, those words don't seem to work as I'd expect when looking up Twisted Liquid, only the handful of posts from what might be only a couple of people show up. I'd have expected to see a good deal more.

There is allot more than a handful of posts. There is no website in an investigation. The sour grapes I have already tasted.

I suppose it depends on the investigation. The MLM of ill memory certainly DID have a website available, in fact it was originally the website of the MLM commandeered for the receiver's purposes. It's still active under the receiver's handling and you can see the whole sorry business here. (http://www.prsiinc.com/)

I had a horse in that race, as it were, and lost almost three hundred dollars in that deal. I got off light, there were folk who lost considerably more including their honor. Personally, I resisted getting friends and family signed up until I had something to show, so never signed anybody up under me. That saved both my friends and myself untold problems.

I note that Twisted Liquid's website is still running, apparently none the worse for wear. Did not the Kansas AG issue a "cease and desist" order, at the very least?

In general folks when you make noise like me, this is what you get. They say its better to be talked about then not at all. My only thoughts are, why do these SAME 12 people over and over infect the great forums and how come people let them? Not only do I see them attacking me or TLR, but I see them attack everything and anyone. I have named this squad the DIRTY DOZEN..same 12, same crap, different day.

Now lets see if this little sloth will tell me who he is so I can test fit my noose...it says one size fits all. Now if you spend your flight money to come see me, then you might have reason to call KSA offices...Im sure I will have case when I am finished with you and this post will have FACT.

Good day mates...be back in a day or so to check up and see if my sloth trap works or fails.

O.k. James,

Make it 13. My son stopped waiting by the mailbox for his boat about 3 months ago.

Remember me? Still waiting for you to come to my house. I sent you google map with street view.

BTW, I see you still run my green and black boat that I painted.

For those of you who don't know me, go look for the video of the Red Bull Vegas on a very familiar video posting site.

Last comment I ever made was a polite one...but, I see James is up to his old tricks. Nice job scumbag.

I'm going to have to re-think what I wrote here earlier. I wrote that BEFORE Twisted Liquid spoke in his own behalf. Now that I read his stuff, I have very bad feelings about him. It's not for nothing that defence attorneys don't like to let their clients speak in court.

I don't know for sure, call it instinct maybe or past experience with somebody else--- but something about T.L.s writing sets my alarm bells ringing.
