Programming Problems w Novak HV

I just installed a new HV system in my Losi LST truck and when I program it all goes fine until the last step when the led is supposed to turn red solid, I get the red and amber leds both solid. After a few seconds the blue one also turns on. The esc is responding to throttle as the leds change state but after I hit the throttle the green and blue leds just blink. Any help would be appreciated.

That is the brushless one. I have the brushed version, it should be similar. I would just try to reprogram it again.

Setting position of trigger, neutral, full throttle, & braking. Hold trigger to each position and hold till LED's changes. Then you're set. may take up to 5 second to lock the positions so be patient.
