I have a Traxxas T-Maxx 3.3, I keep stripping the high speed needle had anyone upgraded the carb or have any advice on how to fix this problem- Thanks, - FPLG

Wait..***...you are stripping your HSN?!
Replace the needle and quit smoking it down, that's how you fix it. You shouldn't need to tighten it down at all, only time you should EVER close the needle is finding breakin specs. Are you trying to use it to shut the engine off?

Wow, I think I stripped one of those carb bodies once. And it was very much my fault. What on earth are you doing?
It's into plastic, it doesn't have to be torqued down. Just make it nice and snug.
