We have some great preliminary photos from our man in the field, John Philbrick. The 2008 event went as always like gang busters! There were lots of great warbirds and lots of giant scale projects in the air. We also heard that there were some 19 WW1 warbirds in the air all at once during the half time show! Not that has to be some sort of record!
Here are some of John's pix. more to come!

If you would like to use my images please be courteous enough to at least give me the photo credit!
The picture of the Triplane being chased by the Se-5 was lifted from my online photo album and as such I consider it my intellectual property.
If you would like to purchase rights to the image I am sure some arrangements can be made. In the event no contact is made I would ask the image be removed from this web site.
Those wishing to view additional images from WOD can view them on my Picasa web page http://picasaweb.google.com/dodo1bird/WarbirdsOverDelaware08

Watermarks, Tony, watermarks!
Posting on the 'net is like giving your work away sometimes. Maybe somebody stood right behind you and snapped at the same exact moment? :D

Oops, this is definitely my bad! Not John Philbrick’s.
My sincere apologies to Tony Nunez. I had downloaded his photo from the web because it was so very cool. I accidentally placed both his photo and the photos John sent me in a folder so we could get some images up on the forum for the Warbirds over Delaware event and help promote the Delaware RC Club’s event.
Again, my apology to Tony for posting his photo without first asking permission.

PS: Tony if you would ever like to cover events for MAN as a contributor, please contact me, your shots are great!!!

Thanks for fixing that Gerry, I didn't think it was done intentionally.
I have done work for MAN in the past and would welcome more, I'll pm you later this evening or e-mail you direct,
