I'm not sure. Was it the one dated on the 15th of July or another one since?
I just emptied some from the in box and sent folder to clean it out a little. Try it again or I can shoot you my e-mail address to make things easier. Good old Almost OnLine rejects e-mail notifications from this site for some reason so the only things that I see is when I check in which is usually at least once a day.
