My Razer isn;t performing as well lately (speed is slower). I picked it up and pressed the throttle...what i noticed was only the back wheels are driving. Because its 4-wheel drive, shouldn't all wheels drive??

All 4 wheels should be driving so something isn't right. Start from the spur gear and rotate it by hand to see if you can pinpoint where the binding is occurring.
Since the rear wheels are turning, your problem should be limited to the front half of the buggy. Go through the entire drive train this way until you find it. It won't take long.
