hey guys,
I'm having a strange problem with my tamiya rising storm df-02. When I steer to right, servo responses and the wheels turn right normally, but when I steer to left, servo turns left suddenly and comes back somehere between full left and idle. I played around with the trims, tried using a new servo or reversing the servo but nothing happens. What do you think it could be?

There isn't much it can be if you've already tried a new servo. Double check all the steering components making sure there are no small stones obstructing the free movement. Without the steering servo in, do the wheels turn from left to right easily with your hand? A common place in the DF02 for stones to get into is jammed underneath the servo saver and the chassis. This does affect the steering.

Perhaps your RX is the culprit though. Do you have access to another receiver to try? Also, what radio do you have? Maybe the endpoint adjustments (different to trim adjustments) are not set properly.

Actually I thought it may be a mechanical case so I disconnected the servo from the car. But it happens again. I am using 2 ch Acoms tx/rx set 27mhz AM. I guess there's no endpoint adjustment for this radio.
