Super Brain 959 Charger Problem

Hi All,

I am having a problem with my Super Brain 959. I plug in a battery to charge , it recognizes it and sets the defaults to 5.0V, 3.0a and 40mV. As soon as press the start button, I get "ERR" displayed on the screen. Has anyone had this problem before? The charger was working fine and I have tried this on four separate battery packs and keep getting the same result. Any input would be appreciated.

What plug r u using. If u r using the white molex conecters the u should see if the little idk what it is called but the things that r in the molex and push them in with a flat head so that the holes r completey closed.
