MX3 2.4Ghz distance

I'm considering the MX3 as my next radio. Does any one know how far of a range it has?

I haven't seen a spec on it, but I have it set up on my brushless 4wd buggy that has been ... a long ways away.

Also, I had it on my Stampede for a while. Standing on top of a hill, I was able to run the thing so far I couldn't really tell what direction I was going any more.

Never have had it even go into failsafe. Absolutely insane the range of this radio. It's got to be farther than my old 3PJS was.

Farther than I feel safe operating it on the street. Its funny, there is like a 2-3 second delay for the sound to travel to me lol.
