I have just put together my Easy Fly ST330 and noticed that when I activate the right aileron stick the right aileron goes down and the left one goes up. Is this correct? I dont think so. Even when I swap the leads over this still is happening.

You are correct, the aileron action is reversed. When you move the control stick to the right, the right aileron should move up and the left one should move down. Your transmitter should have a means of reversing the servo action. Non-computer transmitters usually have a bank of four or five switches at the bottom of the transmitter. Find the one for aileron and change its position. If you have a computer transmitter, you will need to refer to the instruction manual.
