a What Gives question on a 3s lipo

I use a cell spy to check voltage of each cell.. my cell spy works fine, shows correct voltage for diff lipos I have

but this one that's on my 18t, it is an 11.1 3s, but it shows 3.7, blank, 7.9

battery looks ok, total voltage shows about 12.

I want to say wires got crossed somewhere but it looks ok? Anyone?

well nevermind, one of the balancer wires was broken on the batt. soldered back, and good to go
