CMD Racing had an announcement in the last RCBM about their new CNC machined aluminum props- cool!

Now they have my money, and I have no props... only continued promises.
Anyone else have any luck with these people? Good or bad?
Should I kiss my bucks goodbye?

Pat, if you haven't gotten them yet, call or e-mail them. I ordered two gas boat props when Andy first announced them and it took me a good 2 months to get them. I recently ordered a prop for one of my nitro boats and got that one quickly.
Andy and the gang were overwhelmed by orders (I heard some huge numbers from a friend of Andy's, one person in Europe ordered 100 props alone!) then he ran up against CNC programming issues then a shortage of material.

Thanks Ron. They're apparently too busy to reply to e-mails or update customers on status... and phone calls result only in vague promises to check on it.
The material issue is bogus, I could place an order for bar stock and have it their dock tomorrow morning... if they'll deduct the cost from my order!

Actually, it was true as my friend got Andy some of the stock that he needed.
He was supposed to have been caught up on orders so I don't have any idea what the problem is with yours.
You can try to contact him yourself on the forums as he hangs out in www.intlwaters.com . Check the Manufacturers For Sale forum there.

They told me 3 weeks so I sent my money within minutes. After 2 months, more continued promises, nothing shipped.

Finally received them after demanding the unfinished (unpolished) props, installed them as-is on this static display model. Looks good, but they need to get their business act together...
But where else you gonna get a set of scale, counter-rotating 3-bladed meat cleavers in the size you need??

Pat, I was just reading on another RC boat forum site where a customer waited 5 months to get his props.
From what I understand from that thread is that Andy is in the process of moving to a newer facility so some things were lost in the move including orders. Glad to see that you finally got your though as the wait is frustrating.
Yeah, I was kind of wondering what you were going to put them on.
