well, someone finally heard us.

I am probably late on this info, but didn't see any other threads on it. Looks like CEN is coming out with a EP version of their 1/10 stadium truck.

Might not be exactly what we wanted, but it's certainly a step in the right direction.

Wider is better! The ME10 is wider than most 1/10th scale trucks, this means higher cornering speeds and easy handling. Life is complicated enough, driving an RC shouldn't be. CEN Sport’s durable composite construction lets the ME10 survive the bumps and crashes a RC truck goes through. But not only is CEN Sport's composite blend tough, it allows the ME10 to be lightweight, which means faster acceleration than the competition. Best of all the ME10 is ready to rock out of the box.
H.I.C.- High Impact Composite
CEN Racing is always striving to think outside of the box to bring hobby enthusiast the very best product available. We understand what the hobbyist seeks and expects in a product because we too are hobby enthusiasts. Our latest development is our state of the art H.I.C. or High Impact Composite. This composite has been proven and tested to be the most durable composite of its kind. After months of testing our engineers and research and development department have constructed the H.I.C. material that is exclusively available with the ME series vehicles. The composite is extremely flexible which will give upon impact. Not only does the H.I.C. material work effectively in that is doesn't snap or break, but it give the vehicle tons of traction and stability as well. We understand what the most important aspects to bashing, and jumping your r/c vehicles are, having fun and driving them. With the new H.I.C. material you will experience more driving time which will lead to more fun which is what the hobby is all about!

http://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m8/z-man280/ME2s.jpgThe ME EP accepts standard 540 1/10th scale electronics that provide endless possibilities for reaching insane speeds. Never before has an electric mini been so user friendly with its design and ease of use. The ME EP accepts stand 7.2 volt battery stick packs!

I had an RS4 MT a few years ago, stupid thing was nearly indestructible and very off-road capable, but it was belt-driven :( One of my favorite bashers I ever had, though.

Hopefully some other companies will take a notice!

How big is something like a B44 compared to 1/10th trucks? If it's close Associated could just build off of that platform, like they did with the RC8 and RC8T. Just using that company as an example. I'd buy one in a heartbeat!

In the second smaller inset picture it looks like exhaust smoke is coming off of the side :D:confused:

I,m busy converting my Nitro MT2 into brushless (MambaMax5700/Intellect 2s/8000)
I hope this combination will work properly :)

Uh, yeah. I didn't particularly care for that setup in my old turbo-hopper and I'm not liking it any more now.

Well...it is CEN...how much more can you really expect from them?

"...compared to any other mini electric touring car in the world!"

"Never before has an electric mini been so user friendly with its design and ease of use."

Can you say generic ad? I thought this was a 1/10 scale car... hmm... lol.

H.I.C.? Y'all... it's not a composite if you pour it into a mold while it's hot. We call that plastic. ;)

And yeah, it's CEN. You can't really expect all that much. :)

However, it is a start... Maybe someone else will step it up a notch.

Nice. I emailed AE a few times about a possible "T44". You think after they came out with the B44 they would have put a T44 in the works. But they never said anything.

Have you seen these?

1/10 truggy 4wd EP
Can handle BL power.

Ive seen their 1/8 nitro truggy product reviewed in one of the other mags. Rated very well. Braking, Durability, Susp. got Excellent ratings. For what thats worth if its spread along their other products who knows.

4wd buggy is a racing class, b44 is a race car.

4wd trucks have no racing class. There will not be a T44. Unless a class apperas but I don't see that coming... It'd be fun though!

If they do a 4wd truck, it will be CORR style.

I'd buy it. :D

I tried to fit my Slash body onto my DB01 chassis but the wheelbase is just too short. Would be an awesome class though I think!

This looks like a cheap piece of junk from an asian country if you ask me. The internet is flooded with loads of "RC" sellers (toy stores) that sell junky things claiming to be hobby grade stuff which looks nearly identical to aspects of this.

I'm sure that generic 540 silver can will really get those insane speeds that generic ad talks about.

Nevertheless, it's something to think about. Perhaps other companies will do something similar but better. However, I doubt it. RC is like real cars, everything's getting bigger little by little. People want bigger things now, like the Slash. A 4wd Slash would be great fun, or a proper 1/8 electric truggy should be what is being produced.

go buy an mrc rt4-gp on sale for $100 bucks and then convert your sbv-2 to a truck.

the exceeds are just 10th buggies with truck bodies, you are much better off converting a tamiya df 02 to a wanna be truggy, the exceeds have even less gearing options which are needed for bigger tires or hot motors, I have played with the mg 10 and its not a bad truck, it the me 10 is just as good CEN will sell a bunch, I have a truggied df 02 and a converted hpi mt2 but still look forward to this.
JEAM-watch your temps, my mt 2 geared 52/12 was running about 190 motor and esc with the 5700

our R/Cs are anyway made in Asia...
