i got this 4 tec for 20 buck from a local guy that scored it at a flea market,he sold it to me for what he had in it. it needed a engine and fresh batteries, both of which i had

There was a 4 tec electric?? I wish I had known, I'd have bought one in a flash.

as far as I can tell, they still make the electric version.. I had one a while back and sold it.. not too bad, handling was a bit iffy, but fun to drive.. I got the Nitro 4-tec, completely different car.. 3-4 times faster and much better handling...
