Well the Monster Truck Special could be cool, especially if it works out better than the Trinity Monster Maxx motors.

The Big Block Special though...what, other than the Summit, is going to take a 650 size motor?

The Summit takes 775 size motors, which are physically larger in diameter than a 540, 550, or 650 motor (all of which have a 36mm diameter). The 650 is something like 10mm longer than a 550 motor IIRC.

these would have to be pretty cheap for me to try one out.well two out. are these rated to be used with 16.8v or just 14.4 ?

I was hoping this was going to be a brushless motor for their 1/8 conversion, but instead this is something totally in the wrong direction.

Cool. I didn't know that the 650 was the same can size. This would have been great for the old RS4 MT or RS4 Super, but both of those have been discontinued for over 2 years...what else needs this kind of motor?

would work nice in a slash, too

Dude...have you driven a Slash? They have a helluva time putting stock power down, the last thing they need is more torque. More speed for higher jumping is a requirement, but more torque...not in anything 2WD that I've drive.

Just got an e-mail from Associated/LRP and these motors will not be coming to the US market.
