what exactly are you meaning? All Revo tranny's have a black case. If you mean an E-revo diff in a stock Nitro revo case, then no, you need a nitro revo diff

Assuming you mean the old style t-maxx transmission, No. It doesn't fit.

yes, i ment the old maxx tranny, could i run a revo tranny with the diff in my maxx?

Not exactly a bolt-in.
For starters, the spur gear is on the wrong side entirely. So plan on moving the engine to the left and swapping the tank to the right.
You'd have to figure out the brakes also.
Pretty sure it'll cost at LEAST half as much as an entire Revo to make it work.
