I love my MMGT even though I have only put 6 tanks through it.

I decided to test its toughness using a skate ranp on asphault:roll2:. Not too bright but i figured the weak points would come out real quick. Needless to say the chassis ended up looking like a bananna after a few front end dives. I got a new chassis from Ebay for $27 shipped and rebuilt it today. The main problem with the front end is the gap in the framy where the front out drives come out of the diff. Found a fix for that(pictured below).

I also found that RC8 rear shocks work all around. I scored all four of Ebay, used, for under $30shipped. I havenet run the truck yet but am expecting that it will out perform the stock 8 shock setup. Also added front AE FT CVDs, an HPI rotostart, OFNA fuel filter, Mugen alluminum clucth shoes with 1.0 springs, filled the diffs with 3k in the front and 10k in the rear, and lowerd thae fuel tank by allmost an inch. I also did a forward only conversion.

On with the picts!

Nice truck! How is the motor holding up, and does it start easy, idle good, and hold a tune well? Thanks!

It has been great so far. I've only ran about 6 tanks through it though and it still needs to loosen up a bit. As far as tuneability goes i can compare it to the HPI .18 in the RS4 3+ RTR, which I have also had luck with after 1/2 gallon of 30/12 Sidewinder fuel.

If all else fails I'll be adding an LRP .18 in it. Its a cheap engine and makes tons of power.
