I am digging the factory graphics. Video will be nice too.
BTW, I went to your website. I think it would be cool if the links you provide actually went to an article so I could finish reading about the item.

Sweet! What a way to kick off the new year!
Edit: I see a crystal in the Rx. I wonder if we'll experience any glitching issues :( Also, the box shows 3 different regional models, any idea what differences they may have?

Are those Dean's connectors out of the box or does HPI have their own high current connector now?

I think they're deans, they just have heat shrink over the body as well. The glamour pics all showed deans.

Does it have a single speed tranny?

Deans out of the box.
Single Speed.
Graphics are sweet.. looks really good in person.
Tested it today.. OMG! This thing is FAST. With only a 4s lipo I couldn't keep the wheels on the ground. I could clear any jump at the track with ease, and was able to keep up with the buggy's on the straight-away.
The truck is heavy, but I couldn't believe how fast and responsive it was. I was really surprised that the brushless could move so much weight so fast!
andystoybox: what links didn't work? Drop me a email or msg and I'll get them fixed asap. I have been told that some older versions of internet explorer have issues on the site.. let me know.

I'll post up a video once I get it made.

Do you know if the Flux transmission will bolt up to the nitro tvps?

Can't wait for the video, and I was just thinking how much the graphics remind me of the black e-revo.

Any updates? Personal review?
I hope you can do vids of it running on ordinary NiMh and then with LiPo.

You don't run a truck like this on NiMH batteries...
In essence it looks like a Mamba Monster setup. Same specs and everything. You would be hard-pressed to find a NiMH setup that will be sufficient and not completely overheat or cause cogging.

Oh. I thought it is ok to use NiMh on any brushless.
Bummer, I wasn't planning to go LiPo yet. I guess it is not good to purchase this Savage Flux and Brushless E-Revo since they use the MMM combo.

Not in essence, it *is* a Mamba Monster, you can see the words 'Castle Creation' silk screened on the wiring. And it can handle NiMh just fine if they're really good packs. Mine worked very well on 12 cells.

makes me want to invest in a brushless setup! My 14v/evx powered wild dagger is alreay crazy! has anyone ever stuffed 2 of these into a truck originally with 2 motors? like an emaxx? I could imagine it would break something in the drivetrain lol
