Hi MEMBERS.
I have just joined your group today and I hope you can help me with some info regarding the making r/c submarines. As a new comer to this hobbie, I have been trying to get as much information about building r/c submarines as I can ... e.g [ www.modelsubmarine org/] .This is a very good source for those who have some knowledge of electonics but for the total beginner I must amit its seems a little daunting , as far as the body of the sub goes I don,t think I will have very much trouble completing that part of the project regardles to which one I will eventualy make, but I can,t say the same with confidence when it comes to the internal workings of a r/c model . So if there is any one who could take me by the hand and lead me through this unfarmiliar maze I would be grateful

Try the SubCommittee (http://www.subcommittee.com/) first, their quarterly report has a wealth of information in it. The closest chapter to you is SubComAust at http://graysubs.tripod.com/home_page.htm. The local guys can give you much better info as to what works in your location.
