Long battery wires will kill ESC over time! Extend motor wires instead

All ESC manufacturers say the same, extend motor wires, not battery wires. If you have to extend the battery wires, install extra input capacitors.

Thanks for the info. I would think that it wouldn't be a problem if you used the right wire size.

Resistance problems can be resolved by thicker wire. But this problem is caused by the inductance of the wire, it creates voltage spikes higher than battery voltage.
