Yes we're back!! It's been 10 years since we've been racing with all of you and we've sure missed it. We look forward to seeing all the old faces and the new ones too at the track. Our hobby has changed a bunch over the years, but one thing stayed the same. FUN and Friend!! I'm looking forward to seeing all of you this summer. Getting to run some of my old cars will be great!! Just a little more info about Brownie's Hobbies parking lot racing. We will have bathroom and food facilities on site. The racing will be held in and among a flea market. The track and pit area will be roped off to keep people away from our area. So if you dare, bring your wife and kids or your girlfriend and set them out at the flea market with a little cash in thier pocket. Who knows they may find a bargin at the Richmond Count Flea Market.

DUE TO A SCHEDULING CONFLICT OUR FIRST RACE WILL BE CANCELED AND RESCHEDULED. THE DATE TO BE SET LATER. THE FIRST RACE WILL BE MAY 31. I REPETE MAY 31. PLEASE LET EVERYONE KNOW. WE APOLIGISE FOR THIS INCONVEIENCE BUT IT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. SOME HOW A CARNIVAL WAS SCHEDULED IN ON THE SAME DAY AS OUR FIRST RACE. PLEASE NOTE THE NEW DATE FOR OUR FIRST RACE MAY 31ST.

Up-date:
Due to the closing of the Flea Market, we will now be racing at the Drift track, info below.
O.K. Guys here it is. The location for our racing is: Midland Beach 900 Father Capodanno Blvd. Corner of Hunter Ave. Staten Island 10310. Check out their web site for more info on the club and their track. These guys are new to the club/track thing and I think we and they will benefit from this new endevor. I hope all who are watching aren't dicouraged over the untimly delays that we have run up against. It looks as though things are looking up. Come on out and give it a try.

The classes are as follows:
TC 27t stock/ 17.5 brushless
TC 19t mod/ 13.5 brushless
VTA 21.5 brushless only
Mini Cars or M-chassis House motor/Tamiya rules
Drift
All classes are rubber tire,7.2 v nicad/nimh or 7.4 lipo, tire traction is permitted but not nessesary.
Regitration CLOSES at 9:30am. The track will be
ready for practice by 8 to 8:15am. At 9:45 to 10 am track closes and we have a drivers meeting.
By 10:15 the first heat will go off.
