Caster Racing USA is proud to announce that they are the midwest distributor for Torco Fuels RC fuel.
A history lesson for those not familiar with Torco. Torco started out as a lubricant company in the late 1940s. It was actively involved in research and development and became a leader in various forms of motorsports. Famous people who were involved with Torco fuels include Art Malone, Cory Cagle, and "Big Daddy" Don Garlitz from the drag racing world. In the 1970s, Torco helped companies like Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, and even Harley Davidson in regards to making a better, more durable engine by using special additives for small motor applications. They later invented smokeless two-stroke oil for motocross applications. They were also involved with a famous engine modifier named Keith Black who is renowned for making very potent drag motors for cars. Recently, they have been actively involved with nascar, motocross, supercross, sprint cars, monster trucks, and of course, drag racing with their own fuel lines. In 2007 they started kicking around the idea of utilizing their knowledge of fuels and bringing it to the rc world. It has taken a while, but now they are here. Offering 20 and 30% mixtures for cars and 15, 20, 25, and 30% mixtures for helicopters and planes.
Caster Racing USA is known for the first production electric 1/8 scale buggy and truggy, but have been making nitro versions since 2004. We feel that this is a great opportunity to help get new people into the rc industry which has been one of our goals from day 1.
