Why would they release something that isn't ROAR legal?

VTR
Mounting Bead: 4.0"
(102mm)

ROAR Rules
Mounting bead 3.75"

Why does Proline keep going against industry standard; first the V3 buggy wheels and now this...

Why should Pro-Line make only ROAR legal products?

I don't ROAR race, so why should they decide what I run.

So that when Trinity (I mean Epic) makes the beads in that size and ROAR approves them Pro-line will already have their product out there.

did I miss something or has proline not announced what rims they are using on those bowties? They are a different spoke pattern than the current EPIC wheels...

Not to mention...they show no updated EPIC wheels to match the new slash tires...just the old 2.2 design...

These wheels were in development way before the ROAR rule change push by a couple of other manufactures once they found out this was a faster tire wheel combo. It is a shame ROAR plays like this.
