After much testing we have finally released our replacement Losi air filters on the market. These have been cut from a high density long life foam and designed to increase surface area of the filter.
Using a light colored foam means you can easily see how much dirt has built up and if its time for a replacement.
Generally it is considered best practice to just oil the inner foam of the filter meaning loose dirt does not needlesly adhere to the outer of the filter.
