What new short course truck will have the most impact on the RC industry?
Will Losi's Strike be the top truck, or HPI's new Blitz?

i really don't know, and it sucks that the sc10 can't run in the slash spec class, at my local track (leisure hours) due to better chassis designe, i hope these can run in the slash spec class becausae i don't want to have 3 slashes, 1 for bashing, 1 for snow, 1 for bashing a lil bit and racing spec, i want to have variety.

I think Losi did it right with the Strike. Since the champion Slash is based on the Stampede, I think it is awesome that Losi used a similar chassis (High Roller) to create the Strike. I think the Strike will end up running in the Spec Slash class which is awesome.
The Blitz will be running head to head with the SC10 and I suspect it will end up being second banana to the SC10. It is a great truck and I love HPI products, but the Blitz will probably be mostly a basher in the end.

agree 100%, it adds variety to the spec short course, but neither car has any clear advantages.

Thanks for your input guys. I think the short course class will only get better from here. If it were up to me, I would allow all of the trucks in the same class, but limit motor to 17.5 brushless and battery to 7.4 lipo.
The Jammin and OFNA trucks should be sick since they'll both be 4WD. I know that the trucks with have all-steel drivetrains and similar layouts to that of 1/8-scale. I can see a modified 4WD class being really popular, as I suspect these trucks will be tough.
