I have a spectrum dx3 radio not a dx3.0 a dx3

setup
dx3
sr3000
lipo
sidewinder
2 45t motors
punk dig switch

problem

I can be driving alone all good then my truck with just stop working the for a min or so the start working again.
Then when i let the truck set for a second it starts jumping around
Also when i turn and hold the wheels on the radio the steering all the way to one side it will center my servo and i am still holding the steering i really need help.

any tips before i buy a new radio

I'll assume you're either running a high performance servo or more than one high performance servo.

I would try installing a Castle BEC to provide more amperage to your receiver. My guess is that the BEC in the Sidewinder ESC is too weak and the voltage is dropping, which will cause fades and holds on your receiver.
